LUNCH & LEARN

ENGAGEMENT 101

Co-operatives exist to benefit their shareholders and members. It’s important to keep members engaged in the business’ governance. Engagement 101 is a facilitated meeting with shareholders to raise awareness of the co-operative’s governance structure or to focus on a key priority, such as member engagement, or do a business check-in.

BOARD EFFECTIVENESS WORKSHOP

GOOD GOVERNANCE MATTERS ONLINE COURSE

This course has been developed in partnership with the Centre for the Study of Co-operatives at the University of Saskatchewan and is powered by Canvas.

The course introduces people to 3 key concepts in governance and uses interactive case studies to explore the concepts in action.
